What happens if bad weather threatens your special event?
Our 'Life. Be in it' FunWorks leaders and management will do everything in their power to ensure your event runs smoothly leading up to and on the day of the event. However, if bad weather is forecast, it is up to the client to arrange an alternative venue suitable for the event to proceed (undercover area, hall, etc) and to notify 'Life. Be in it' FunWorks management. Rescheduled or cancelled events could incur fees or full payment depending on the circumstances.
If we cancel our 'Life. Be in it' FunWorks booking do we still have to pay for it?
Cancellation notice within 48 hours of the event date will incur full payment. Where more than 48 hours notice prior to the event date is given, any cost incurred and service already provided will be charged. If event is postponed, the balance of the deposit (less costs incurred) will be held for up to 12 months.
What if someone gets hurt during the activities?
'Life. Be in it' FunWorks has suitable insurance and safety procedures in place to safeguard our clients and activity leaders against any serious injury or incident. In saying this, 'Life. Be in it' FunWorks has never recorded a single accident or injury in the past 10 years under the current management. While it is in our best interest to provide a fun, safe environment for our clients and participants, it also remains the responsibility of all our clients/participants to listen to activity leaders and abide by all safety instructions. Take responsibility for your own actions.
How do I become a 'Life. Be in it' FunWorks activity leader?
All activity leaders go through a training and monitoring process to ensure we have the most suitable people for the job. After successful employment with 'Life. Be in it' FunWorks, all leaders are encouraged to continue training through in-house workshops and external programs to improve their skills. It is a condition of employment that all 'Life. Be in it' FunWorks leaders must successfully apply for and hold a current suitability check from the Commission for Children and Young People (Blue card in QLD).

How much does your program cost and do you offer any special discounts?
Our rates are among the most affordable in the industry as our aim is to ensure all Australians have the opportunity to enjoy and participate in fun, active entertainment. As each event is different and with travel cost involved it is difficult to advertise cost online. We do have great discounts for all schools - fundraising events - before and after school care programs - children's birthday parties - and some community events.
